Judicial commission to probe Hazara riots

پشاور . . . سرحد حکومت نے ایبٹ آباد واقعات کی تحقیقات کیلیے جوڈیشل کمیشن قائم کر دیا۔صوبائی حکومت کی جانب سے جاری اعلامیئے کے مطابق کمیشن کے سربراہ پشاور ہائیکورٹ کے جج عبدالعزیز کنڈی ہونگے۔ عدالتی کمیشن ہزارہ میں ہونے والے واقعات سے متعلق رپورٹ15دن میں پیش کریگا۔واضح رہے کہ سرحد کا نام خیبر پختونخواہ سے تبدیل کئے جانے کے خلاف ہزارہ میں زبردست احتجاج جاری ہے جس میں اب تک کی اطلاعات کے مطابق 9افراد ہلاک اور100سے زائد زخمی ہو چکے ہیں۔
Updated at: 1323 PST, Wednesday, April 14, 2010 PESHAWAR: The NWFP government has constituted a judicial commission to probe Abbotabad riots, Geo News reported on Wednesday.According to a notification issued by provincial government, a judge of Peshawar High Court Abdul Aziz Kundi will be the head of the commission. The commission will present its report within 15 days.It should be noted here that strong protest is going on in Hazara over the renaming of the NWFP as Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. At least nine people have been killed and more than 100 wounded so far during the wave of unrest in Hazara.
