Its some where true that the Peoples of Battagram and Kohistan and especially Torghar (Kala Dhahka) was ignored, AbdulWali Khan University Mardan was established just 2 years ago and now it have campuses in, Mardan, Nowshera, Buner, Chitral, Dir. While Hazara University was established almost decade ago but until not they did not starts any campus in Battagram, Kohistan or Torghar.
I am not living in any of these districts but having feeling about them that how they are taking this ignorance.
Special Quota should be reserved for Battagram, Kohistan and Torghar in Hazara University, Ayub Medical College and other colleges of Manshera, Abbottabad and Haripur
2. Special quota should be reserved in the employments across the Khyber Pukhtunkhwa
A Pukhtoon of Mardan, Charsada and Swati can be employed in Hazara University than why not Pukhtoon of Battagaram Torghar can be employed. If you overlook the officers and other employees of different government institution you will find only Pukhtoons of Mardan, Charsada, Swati and other Southeren Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa. Every government ignored the Abaseen Area, So this is a result now
